San Bruno Holiday Boutique

Hello Lovelies!

Just wanted to let let you know I will be a vendor tomorrow December 26th at the San Bruno Holiday Boutique!  I will be selling lots of goodies like Chocolate Peppermint (flourless!) cookies, Gingerbread Cookies, Holiday Cake Pops, Biscotti, Mini Cupcakes (with Eggnog Buttercream!), and GF Chocolate Covered Oreos!  Hope to see you there!

Gluten Free Pecan Coffee Cake

Pecan Coffee Cake

You won’t be able to resist this Pecan Coffee Cake.  So buttery.  So cinnamon-y.  So melt-in-your-mouth perfect.  Both gluten free and gluten-eaters love this cake!  I sell it by the slice at Here Comes the Sun Coffee House and it sells out every week.  You can also order your very own large coffee cake (with 15 slices!) for $20!

Raw Vegan Protein Bars

These protein bars are a hit at the local coffeeshop!  They sell out every week and with good reason – they’re all natural, satisfyingly sweet, and chock full of healthy fats (unsweetened coconut flakes and oil) and protein (nuts, seeds, and rice protein powder).  Stop by Here Comes the Sun Coffeeshop in Montara or order a whole batch just for yourself!

Football-Themed Birthday Cake!

Last month I made a yummylicious birthday cake: classic vanilla gluten free cake with smooth whipped chocolate buttercream.  {Wish I got to eat a slice!}

I only knew the birthday boy liked football so I was given free reign to design.  My hubs actually helped come up with the idea of yard lines since I know nothing about football 😉  So fun to make!

Remember you too can order a custom cake for someone special!  Please check my Contact Page on how to order!!!

Guest Speaking at this Saturday’s Wellness Event!

Hi Everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that this Saturday I will be a guest speaker at USANA’s Wellness Event!  I had the pleasure of meeting Ivy Chan a month and a half ago at a business expo and have been working with her on this event.  She is such a wonderful and driven woman and we’re so happy our paths have crossed!  I’m honored that she chose me to help educate her associates.

I will be presenting an awesomesauce powerpoint (made by yours truly 😉 about gluten and it’s link to celiac disease, intolerance, and GMO’s.  I’m hoping to throw in some Spanish as well for our non-English speaking guests.  Wish me luck!  xoxo
