Today is Fat Tuesday so I thought it appropriate to share my latest cake creation – a two-tiered Mardi Gras cake! The bottom tier is gluten free chocolate fudge cake with fluffy vanilla buttercream and fresh sliced strawberries. The top is gluten free vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream mousse and homemade butterscotch. YUM! The mask was handmade by yours truly with gumpaste, candy pearls, and lots of edible glitter.

Right now you can find my gluten free mini red velvet cuppies (dressed with a dollop of fluffy dreamy vanilla buttercream and a fondant swirl rose) at both Lovey’s Tea Shoppe in Pacifica and Lovejoy’s Tea Room in San Francisco. Mmm. Mini cuppies are such a treat!
You’ll also find scrumptious little cake pops that even the Royal Highness would approve for tea time. Dainty, cute, and delicious.
